Construction supervision and management for the S11 Piła-Poznań expressway, Ujście – Oborniki sections: Supervision of design, management, and control, as well as the implementation of sections I Ujście – Budzyń junction (with junction) and II Budzyń junction (without junction) – Oborniki (Parkowo). Services include verification of design documentation for completeness, conformity, and errors through control calculations, management and investor supervision until the issuance of the Final Payment Certificate, conducting information and promotional activities in cooperation with the contracting authority, compliance with procedures for EU co-financed investments and FEnIKS projects, construction supervision including participation in warranty reviews and defect rectification, advising the contracting authority, supervision of additional design and construction works, and coordination and resolution of execution issues at the interfaces of adjacent contracts.
