Services for construction supervision and contract management of the S11 Szczecinek – Piła expressway, sections I Turowo – Podgaje junction and II Podgaje – Jastrowie junction: Design supervision, verification of design documentation for completeness and consistency, performance of control calculations; management, investor supervision, and control of construction works until the issuance of the Final Payment Certificate; execution of information and promotional activities; fulfillment of reporting obligations according to EU procedures and requirements for EU co-financed investments; investor supervision of construction works, participation in warranty inspections, and supervision of defect removal; advising the contracting authority; supervision of design work and additional tasks; continuous monitoring, management, and resolution of issues regarding execution by individual contractors and construction works at the interface of adjacent contracts.
