Support and monitoring for self-employed RSA beneficiaries: Implementation of a global support and follow-up system after business creation, including the role of a single RSA contact person for self-employed individuals. The framework agreement applies for each period from 01/01/2027 (or notification date) to 31/12/2027, followed by tacit annual renewals. The minimum amount per period is €400,000.00 net, the maximum amount is €520,000.00 net.
