Support mission for households within the framework of the Territorial Pact of Métropole Rouen Normandie: Assistance with the execution of energy renovation works for very low-income, low-income, intermediate-income, and higher-income households. The services are part of component 3 'Household Support' of the Pacte Territorial France Rénov' / PIG of Métropole Rouen Normandie and include the implementation of support pathways defined by ANAH's methodological guidelines, particularly in connection with MaPrimeRénov' (energy renovation), MaPrimeAdapt' (housing adaptation), and MaPrime Logement Décent (combating substandard or dilapidated housing, excluding OPAH projects).
