Treatment, conditioning, and loading of recyclable household waste and cardboard: Reception and weighing of all materials from door-to-door selective collection and cardboard from recycling centers of the 3CVT. This includes sorting of packaging and mixed newspapers/magazines (multi-flow), conditioning of materials after sorting, conditioning of cardboard from recycling centers, temporary storage of conditioned products, loading of sorted materials onto buyers' vehicles, and transfer and elimination of sorting rejects and non-recyclable waste at the treatment center chosen by the bidder. If the treatment center is located more than 35 km from the 3CVT headquarters, a transit platform within a 35 km radius of the 3CVT headquarters must be provided.
