Accommodation, Catering, and Group Facility Services for Neuroliitto Courses
Accommodation, catering, and group facility services: for the implementation of targeted, adaptation-supporting courses organized by Neuroliitto. The courses are intended for adults with MS, rare neurological diseases, or essential tremor, and depending on the course type, their spouses, relatives, or families. The services comprise accommodation, catering, and group facility services, along with other course-specific required spaces and services, as defined in detail in the tender documents and their annexes. Minimum requirements are set based on participants' needs, who may have functional limitations and symptoms due to illness, such as impaired mobility and function, abnormal fatigue, difficulties with vision or visual perception, and bladder and bowel problems. The services and facilities must be suitable for the target group. Common minimum requirements and course-specific additional requirements are specified in the tender annexes. Neuroliitto's course staff are responsible for planning and implementing the course content at the course locations; additional services provided by the course venue can be utilized if necessary. The procurement is divided into sub-entities based on the course implementation time and area, with each course forming its own sub-entity. The course implementation areas are defined by NUTS codes in the national procurement notice.
