Lighting Installation for FIS5 Ski Track Modification

Lighting installation for the FIS5 competition ski track in Ruka: includes excavation works, underground cable installations, assembly of foundations, control cabinets, poles/masts, and luminaires. Rock ramming works are performed by the client. For pole sections 1-2-3-4-22-21-20-19-18-17, Eltel Networks Oy excavates a trench for 2 parallel TEL-A 110 pipes for lighting (approx. 310m length) and a Caruna 20kV cable; piping and excavation for this section are excluded from the electrical contract. Cross-excavations and piping from the pipeline to the foundations, pipes and excavation for other pole sections, and covering and compacting the trench left open by Eltel at the foundations are part of the scope. The client provides protective pipes for Eltel's trench and all 22 wooden pole foundations; other pipes are part of the contract. Site management responsibilities, civil engineering works according to plans, and site services are included in the main contract. Completion of works by October 30, 2026, at the latest. Award criterion: lowest price.
