Consulting services for site concepts: Analysis and update of the existing structural concept, determination and definition of cross-site fundamentals for the large site "Petersweg" in Mainz-Kastel, development of technical and functional bases for future construction and procurement packages, investigation of suitable construction phase and realization strategies, and development of content definitions and clarifications for ES-Bau (Koop) and functional specifications. The project involves the realization of the Löwenquartier with new buildings, sports, operational training, and indoor shooting facilities, as well as a canteen for the Hessian Police Headquarters for Technology (HPT), the Hessian Police Headquarters for Operations (HPE), and the University of Public Management and Security (HöMS), with a state requirement of approximately 225,000 m² gross floor area (GFA).
