Consulting and Support for Implementing Measures from the 2026 Employee Survey

Consulting and support for implementing measures derived from the results of the 2026 employee survey at the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF): Provision of individual discussions with managers and employees, group and individual coaching, management training and feedback, moderation and execution of management workshops, support for management retreats, moderation and execution of topic-specific workshops (including team development), and communication and conflict coaching (including remote leadership). The measures can be used individually or in combination, with the type and scope of services individually agreed upon, requiring short-term availability. As of 07/26, the BMF employs 2,230 staff at its Berlin (2,165 employees) and Bonn/Brühl (65 employees) locations, including approximately 260 managers across 10 departments, 34 sub-departments, and 205 divisions.
