Consulting services for municipal departments: Guidance for participating municipalities to strengthen tree policy, focusing on climate trees, climate-resilient growing sites, correct tree planting, and the preservation and protection of mature trees. This includes tailor-made advice (individually or in small groups), the development and delivery of training and education, the creation of frameworks, tools, and guidelines, and support with GIS applications and relevant technologies. The contractor proactively identifies specific needs, develops solutions and support strategies, and guides implementation for structural integration into municipal tree policy, in close consultation with the client through monthly meetings.
