Consulting, Audit, and Training Services in Value Added Tax (VAT): comprising training services (Mission 1), VAT audit services (Mission 2), and consulting services (Mission 3). The framework agreement will be executed via purchase orders with unit prices. Estimated maximum values (net) for Toulouse Métropole: Period 1: €60,000.00, Period 2: €50,000.00, Period 3: €45,000.00, Period 4: €45,000.00. For Commune de Toulouse: Period 1: €26,000.00, Period 2: €22,000.00, Period 3: €15,000.00, Period 4: €15,000.00. These amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods and options.
