Web-based Platform for Occupational Health Management (BGM) for AOK-Nordost
Provision, operation, conception, and marketing of a web-based platform to support Occupational Health Management (BGM) for approximately 4,400 employees of AOK-Nordost: The platform includes a marketplace for health offers and benefits, integration of internal company offers, and provision of health information and content. The offer portfolio comprises prevention offers according to §§ 20 and 20b SGB V, non-certified sports and health offers, and health-related products. Additionally, at least the following categories of non-classical health offers are included: massages, fitness studio memberships, online fitness offers, health trips, training accessories (e.g., fascia rollers, balance boards), and ergonomic office equipment (e.g., office chairs, desks). A minimum of 1,400 regional health offers must be bookable, to be fully achieved within six months of contract start (phasing: from contract start min. 500, by month 2 min. 800, by month 4 min. 1,000, by month 5 min. 1,200, by month 6 min. 1,400). These offers must be available in Berlin (min. 800), Brandenburg (min. 400), and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (min. 200) and be appropriately distributed geographically. Furthermore, a minimum of 1,000 digital health offers or products must be bookable, also to be fully achieved within six months of contract start (phasing: from contract start min. 300, by month 2 min. 500, by month 4 min. 750, by month 5 min. 900, by month 6 min. 1,000). Both types of offers must include certified and non-certified options. Further services include platform development, user surveys and evaluation, key account management, telephone and digital support, quality assurance of offers, expansion of the provider portfolio, development and execution of health challenges, organization of in-house health offers, budget and credit management, financing of paid offers, payment processing, provision of health information and editorial content (200 contents from contract start up to 1,500 after 6 months), creation of weekly newsletters, communication support, evaluation (user statistics), and a mental health offer if required.
