Multidisciplinary consultancy services for two barrier mitigation projects at Cahernahallia Bridge and Blackboy Weir in Co. Limerick and Co. Tipperary: assistance with the delivery of Phases 1 to 3, including engineering, environmental, and planning services for feasibility, option selection, and statutory consent stages in accordance with the Planning and Development Acts 2000–2023, the Capital Works Management Framework, and Infrastructure Guidelines 2023. The projects aim to mitigate impacts of barriers on fish passage and restore natural river processes. The consultant acts as Designer and Project Supervisor Design Process during all phases.
