Consultancy services for nuclear safety and radiation protection: development of written guidance material, competence building, and review and assessment of operator documents. This includes the review and assessment of license/permission applications and accompanying documentation, as well as consultancy and competence building activities for processes such as new disposal facilities or other installations for handling core waste, the use of transport containers for used nuclear fuel, configuration management at nuclear installations, analysis of security/management/stand-by arrangements for nuclear installations, risk and security assessments to determine their sufficiency, completeness, and compliance with national and international regulations and best practices, and the execution of independent assessments, including risk and security assessments.
