Provision and operation of up to 170 beds for homeless women with children in multiple homeless shelters according to the Flexi-Heim standard: Each Flexi-Heim must comprise at least 55 and a maximum of 100 beds, with only beds in self-contained apartments featuring a kitchen-diner, bedroom(s), and private sanitary facilities being offered. The contract duration is ten years, with service commencement on 01.12.2026 or 01.01.2027. Properties must be located within the Munich city area, with a public transport stop and a grocery store within 500 meters, a daycare center within 1,000 meters, and primary and secondary schools within 1,500 meters. Access to the building is via a 24/7 guarded airlock with two entrance doors and an intermediate space; residents do not receive house keys. A monthly bed fee is paid by the accommodated individuals for each occupied bed.
