Recovery and Transport of Human Remains for Police, Ingolstadt Area
Recovery and transport of human remains for police orders and in urgent cases according to the Burial Act (Art. 14 Para. 2 S. 1 BestG) for the Ingolstadt area and surroundings. The service includes the recovery of human remains and body parts (without special equipment), transport with 2 persons (driver and escort) to locations determined by the officer (preferably the contractor's premises or a funeral hall/facility), and transport to autopsy locations such as the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Munich (Nußbaumstraße 26, 80336 München) or Erlangen (Universitätsstr. 22, 91054 Erlangen) and back. Readiness for deployment within approximately 60 minutes after notification must be ensured. The use of cooling facilities is only permitted upon police order. Specific areas of responsibility are defined in the individual lots.
