Vocational Training and Skills Development: Provision of action-oriented training for two collectives of very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises (TPME) in two distinct areas of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region. The aim is to evolve company practices in the integration and training of apprentices, secure apprenticeship paths, reduce termination risks, and enhance company attractiveness and retention of young people.
