Youth Employment Coaching

Employment coaching for young people under 30: This service, in accordance with Section 53 of the Employment Services Act (380/2023), is intended for job seekers under 30 years of age. It combines the job seeker's own responsibility, active coaching, and close collaboration with employers. The service is procured for a maximum of 200 clients. The contract duration is from 28.09.2026 to 27.08.2027, with an option for a 12-month extension of the same scope. The decision regarding the option rests with the contracting authority. This is a small-scale procurement below the national threshold according to the Procurement Act (1397/2016).
