Acquisition of A4 printers and related services: Conclusion of a framework agreement with one tenderer for the purchase or rental of printers, including full maintenance service and other additional services. Prices will be fixed for the entire duration of the framework agreement, with indexing possibility. The estimated value of the framework agreement is calculated with a reserve based on previous acquisition costs; contracting authorities are not obliged to order products and services up to the full value of the framework agreement. Grounds for exclusion and qualification criteria are to be found in the tender documents.
