Procurement of Diagnostics for JTKI BVA
Procurement of diagnostics, reagents, and materials under a framework purchase agreement, divided into several lots. Products must meet or be equivalent to technical requirements, be legally marketable in EU member states, be new, and manufactured according to harmonized EU standards. The offer price must include packaging and delivery costs. Shelf life must be at least 12 months from acceptance, or exceed 50% of the total shelf life if shorter. Delivery deadline is 90 calendar days. The contracting authority commits to utilizing 100% of the framework amount. Conformity as in vitro diagnostic medical devices must be proven according to Government Decree 16/2012 (II.16.). further items as per the tender documents
