Procurement of Transport Tickets and Hotel Accommodation: Minimum value for the initial period is 45,000 Euro net, maximum value 360,000 Euro net. Minimum value for each renewal period is 30,000 Euro net, maximum value 240,000 Euro net. Maximum value of the framework agreement for the total duration is 840,000 Euro net. The framework agreement has an initial period of 1 year and 4 months (February 1, 2027 to May 31, 2028) and will be tacitly renewed. Two renewal periods of 1 year each are foreseen. The total duration of the framework agreement is 3 years and 4 months (until May 31, 2030). Services will be executed via purchase orders and invoiced at unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods and options (similar services and renewals).
