Procurement of human medtech devices for Semmelweis University within a dynamic purchasing system (DPS): pathological laboratory equipment, high-tech molecular biological devices, devices supporting cadaver diagnostics, hand tools, prion diagnostic equipment, toxicological automatons. The estimated net value of the procurements within the DPS is approximately 1,400,000,000 Ft, from which the contracting authority may deviate during the DPS term. The expected duration of the contracts to be concluded is a maximum of 12 months, with an anticipated number of 40 contracts. The lowest value of the contracts to be concluded is net 10,000,000 Ft, the highest value is net 100,000,000 Ft. Contracts will be concluded during the existence of the DPS, but their temporal validity may extend beyond the DPS's validity. The exact number of products to be procured is not determined in the participation phase. The contracting authority may procure other products for medtech laboratories in the tender phases of the DPS, adapted to research and educational needs. Exact quantities, technical descriptions, and detailed contractual terms will be provided in the tender phase. The possibility of partial bids for specific procurement needs is reserved.
