Procurement of foodstuffs via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for 12 months. Estimated quantities and values may deviate by a maximum of 20% during the contract period. The estimated budget amounts are: 1. Vegetables, fruits 17,267,208 Ft; 2. Meat products 17,664,900 Ft; 3. Processed meat products 10,107,574 Ft; 4. Milk, dairy products 42,062,572 Ft; 5. Frozen products 15,224,294 Ft; 6. Bread, bakery products 7,432,260 Ft; 7. Mixed foodstuffs 36,452,924 Ft; 8. Sweets, preserves, tea 20,038,763 Ft. Contracts are intended for a duration of 6 months, with the option for longer contract periods. Precise technical specifications and contractual terms for specific procurements will be provided with the invitations to tender. References to specific brands or origins serve for clear definition; the phrase "or equivalent" is always implied, and equivalence must be proven according to Chapter VII of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. Only Class I products compliant with the Hungarian Food Code standards may be offered.
