Procurement of Cleaning Agents, Cleaning Tools, and Household Hygiene Products

Establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for cleaning agents, cleaning tools, and household hygiene products. The estimated total quantities for a 24-month period are: Category I (cleaning agents) 66,557 pcs, Category II (cleaning tools) 8,262 pcs, Category III (household hygiene products) 84,350 pcs. These quantities are estimates and may vary. Individual contracts within the DPS are expected to have a maximum value of 50% of the total estimated quantity. The contracting authority reserves the right to conclude framework agreements with a 70% call-off obligation. Environmental requirements: at least 50% of the offered cleaning and dishwashing detergents, and at least 90% of soaps and hygiene paper products must have a Type I eco-label according to ISO 14024.
