Coater for Battery Electrode Production
Supply of a coater for the expansion of the existing battery line at MEET within the REFlexBatt 2.0 project, enabling flexible material and process development on a small scale (< 1 kg) using scalable methods. This includes the production of electrode pastes or granules and subsequent cell manufacturing. Additionally, the integration of digital solutions for capturing, analyzing, and evaluating process and quality data is planned, to facilitate data-driven quality management with a focus on traceability and continuous process optimization. The pilot line should thereby be able to flexibly, efficiently, and scalably represent various existing and future battery technologies.
