Liquidation of illegal waste dumps on State Agricultural Property in Lower Silesia

Liquidation of illegal waste dumps on properties owned by the State Agricultural Property Resource in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship: The work includes sorting and loading of waste, transport to collection or processing sites, transfer of hazardous waste for final recovery or disposal, site leveling after completion, and installation of signage prohibiting waste dumping. The contractor takes over the dump sites, becoming the waste holder and producer, commences work immediately, develops the acquired site at their own expense, and ensures environmental, fire, and occupational health and safety protection. Written notification to the client of the planned final acceptance must be given at least 7 days in advance, and proof of waste transfer to an authorized entity must be provided. Execution must comply with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste and relevant asbestos regulations. The maximum completion period is 30 calendar days from the handover of the work area, with a shorter period being an award criterion. Further items as per the tender documents.
