Delivery, installation, and commissioning of an external Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) as a general contractor service for the Sedu Törnäväntie Campus. The system will be integrated into the building's electrical system and must meet technical, safety, and functional minimum requirements. The scope includes planning of the BESS, preparation of plans required for building permits, delivery of equipment, systems, and components, installation and electrical work, commissioning, testing, and authority approvals, delivery of operation and maintenance manuals and other handover documentation, user training for the client's personnel, and operation, maintenance, and service for the system. The system must be suitable for reserve and electricity market use and comply with the requirements of Fingrid Oyj, the grid company, and authorities.
