Provision of a SIEM System (Hardware as a Service): Delivery, operation, and management of a SIEM platform, specifically the implementation of the SIEM solution on IBM QRadar as HaaS with IBM DataStore extension (unlimited log management). This includes connection to OI KPS technologies (required log sources) and the implementation of SIEM scenarios according to MITRE, ISO27001, and ZoKB/NÚKIB specifications. Furthermore, the contract covers the subscription of the IBM QRadar system and the IBM Data Store extension, the operation of SIEM IBM QRadar SaaS and IBM Data Store (including HW appliance as HaaS), and development services for technology and scenario changes and response to new security threats.
