Operation and Administration of the Małopolska Agglomeration Card (MKA) System: Execution of preparatory and formal-legal activities for the takeover of duties from the current operator and administrator by 15.12.2026; subsequently, provision of operator and administrator functions for the MKA system according to the specifications from 15.12.2026 to 31.12.2029. Optionally, the continuation of operator and administrator functions from 01.01.2030 to a maximum of 31.12.2033, and the provision of software development services for a maximum of 5,000 hours are foreseen.
