Operation and management of early childhood care facilities (EAJE) for the Communauté de Communes des Vallées de la Tille et de l’Ignon (COVATI) starting January 1, 2027: This includes the Grande crèche Brin d’éveil in Is-sur-Tille with 45 regular places and 7 emergency places for children from 10 weeks to 5 years; the Micro-crèche Mots d’enfants in Gemeaux with 10 regular places and 2 emergency places for children from 10 weeks to 3 years; the Micro-crèche les M’Ignon Lutins in Moloy with 12 regular places and 2 emergency places for children from 10 weeks to 4 years; and the Micro-crèche Les « Til Lutins » de Til-Châtel in Til-Châtel with 12 regular places and 2 emergency places for children from 10 weeks to 4 years.
