Operation and Maintenance of DHW, HVAC, Water Treatment, and Generator Systems for SDIS 30

Operation of heating systems, domestic hot water production and distribution systems, air conditioning systems, water treatment systems for heating, chilled water, and domestic hot water networks, disconnection and anti-pollution devices for all water networks, emergency electrical power generation by generator, controlled mechanical ventilation, and garage extraction; additionally, ad-hoc troubleshooting interventions as part of technical assistance for electrical malfunctions or water leaks across all affected facilities. The service covers existing installations at the contract award date and those that may be subsequently connected.
