Operational and professional support for Configuration Management (CfM) for the State Treasury Shared Services Center (SPCSS): Operational support is provided as a regular activity on a monthly flat-rate basis. It includes technological knowledge of application integration, data manipulation and cleaning, and the administration and setup of the SPCSS configuration database. Professional support is delivered based on partial, irregular individual orders and comprises development activities (billed in man-days) and consulting activities (billed in man-hours). The support serves internal SPCSS needs and projects for third parties.
