Operational and expert support for Configuration Management (CfM) at SPCSS: Operational support is provided as a regular activity on a monthly flat-rate basis, covering technological knowledge of application integration, data manipulation and cleaning, and the administration and setup of the SPCSS configuration database. Expert support is delivered based on individual, irregular orders and includes development activities (per man-day) and consulting activities (per man-hour). The support serves both internal SPCSS needs and projects for third parties.
