Operation of street lighting networks: Responsibility for safe operation and condition of street lighting networks, distribution cabinets, and switchgear in the supply area of Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH. The switched network primarily consists of NYY 4 × 10 mm² cables and is part of the low-voltage network. Current scope is approximately 1,800 km, with an anticipated increase to approximately 4,200 km by 2026. The cable network will be gradually converted from 10 mm² to 150 mm². Services include operation, maintenance, and fault clearance of network sections until integration into the public network; operation and maintenance of luminaires are excluded.
