Operating Environment for Geoportal Hessen

Provision and operation of infrastructure for the Geoportal Hessen: The frontend must be accessible via the internet; secured remote access via the 'Netz des Bundes' (NdB) is required for maintenance and care of software components. The provision of the operating environment, including all communication requirements, and the complete migration of the Geoportal Hessen must be completed by September 30, 2026. The contractor's data center must be designed for highly secure and highly available operation of specialized applications; the contractor must have experience in operating complex IT procedures for state administrations. The operating environment must enable the use of the following Open Source components: Linux operating system, Mapbender 2.8, PostgreSQL with PostGIS, MapServer, Django Framework, MediaWiki. The aim is the conclusion of an EVB-IT contract.
