Operational support and service for the IS Věda information system: recording results of creative activity and their reporting (internal/external), administration and recording of personal scientific identifiers (only if a reserved change of commitment is applied in accordance with Article 12.6 of the Contract); recording participants in institutional science and research support programs and recording the internal classification of university scientific fields; supporting internal science and research evaluation processes (only if a reserved change of commitment is applied in accordance with Article 12.6 of the Contract); project recording; administration of internal programs and grant schemes; administration of habilitation procedures and professorship appointment procedures (only if a reserved change of commitment is applied in accordance with Article 12.6 of the Contract); administration of selection procedures for academic staff positions (only if a reserved change of commitment is applied in accordance with Article 12.6 of the Contract); ensuring internal and selected external integration links of the Verso ecosystem. The service includes routine maintenance, error resolution, technical support for system operation and use, implementation of corrected versions, delivery of updated documentation, and cooperation in integration. Development services for the supported product are to be provided according to the client's specifications during system use.
