Security services for the community accommodation An den Seefichten 20, 15234 Frankfurt (Oder), for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2028: The facility accommodates up to 100 persons under the Brandenburg State Admission Act (LAufnG Bbg), up to 37 homeless persons, and an additional up to 8 homeless persons in night shelter. The task involves ensuring and enforcing order and security, including access control, without sovereign powers. This includes object guarding 365 or 366 days per year in 24-hour service with at least two continuously present and operational security staff; manning and monitoring the central access; controlling incoming and outgoing pedestrian traffic; seamless, daily updated, and verifiable documentation of pedestrian traffic and presences; ensuring order and security in the used buildings and on the outdoor premises; conducting regular and incident-based patrols; enforcing house rules; reporting and documenting special incidents, irregularities, damages, and security-relevant findings; immediate alerting of police, fire department, and/or rescue services; initiating appropriate measures in case of imminent danger to life, health, buildings, or facilities; identifying and documenting criminal offenses, especially property damage, and other significant violations of house rules; supporting orderly evacuation measures; proper shift handover; video surveillance, communication and documentation, and ensuring night, cold, and heat shelters.
