Assessment of Investment Projects and Construction Supervision for Street Repair

Consultancy services for investment project assessment and construction supervision: Selection of a consultant under Art. 166 ZUT for the conformity assessment of investment projects and construction supervision during the implementation of objects in the investment program of Dobrichka Municipality for 2026. The construction projects include major repair of 45 streets/street sections in 32 settlements (Category IV, according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4, letter "a" ZUT) and one object for paving and water supply (Category III, according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "b" ZUT). Comprehensive reports for the conformity assessment of investment projects will be prepared for the issuance of construction permits, construction supervision will be exercised, and actions for commissioning will be undertaken.
