Services are to be adapted at any time and at short notice to event-specific conditions and the respective audience, with a focus on variety and type of dishes (dishes with higher or medium cost of goods) and a differentiated beverage offering. The demand ranges from main and intermediate meals to basic provisions via vending machines, conference service, and stand catering.
