Library Information System with Discovery Tool
Implementation of a Library Information Services Platform including a discovery/search tool: Automation and management of library information processes at UK, comprising installation, parameterization, configuration and adjustment, registration of library units, loans, management of electronic information resources, data migration from the current library information system, technical support after expiry of current support, training, and hosting. Technical support and license for the system during implementation and for 5 years, with an option for an additional 3 years (total 8 years) after commissioning. The system must be implemented as Software as a Service (SaaS) and hosted in the successful bidder's cloud/SaaS environment.
