Aerial Photography and Georeferencing, Summer 2027
Aerial photography and georeferencing: Creation of 4-channel aerial imagery in summer 2027 using an aircraft and a large-format digital camera with an area sensor; georeferencing of aerial imagery data via a combined DGNSS/INS solution and aerotriangulation. Aerial imagery data for all lots must be captured with an original ground resolution of </= 20.0 cm for the panchromatic channel, and for a sub-area of Lot 1 Leipzig </= 10.0 cm (subject to budget availability). The aerial photography must be performed with an aircraft (no helicopters or drones), DGNSS/INS positioning of trigger points, image motion compensation, and a stabilizing platform. Vertical RGBI aerial images must be captured with 80% longitudinal and 60% lateral overlap. The camera must have an area sensor, the panchromatic sensor must not be smaller than 15,000 pixels x 11,000 pixels, the PAN-sharpening ratio must not be worse than 1:4, and Bayer-pattern cameras are not permitted. Project progress information must be submitted daily and bi-weekly via email. Coordinates of the lot areas in Shape format (ETRS89_UTM33) and GNSS observation data from SAPOS stations will be provided. Results must be delivered in the ETRS89_UTM33 positional reference system (without leading zone identifier "33" in the easting value) and the DE_DHHN2016_NH height reference system. Sample deliveries are to be made on USB stick or via the exchange portal (up to 15 GByte), final data in duplicate on external hard drives; further items as per the tender documents.
