Screen Monitors for IT Modernization of the City of Stalowa Wola

Delivery of screen monitors for the City of Stalowa Wola: 807 units of 24-inch monitors, 12 units of 27-inch monitors, and 357 units of 34-inch monitors. The monitors must be factory new, complete with cabling, assembled, tested, and ready for use, in original packaging, marked by the manufacturer, of high quality, free of defects, and from legal sources. They must be approved for use in public institutions, comply with quality standards, and include instructions, technical descriptions, and warranty cards in Polish. Delivery is to be made by the contractor's own transport, including unloading, carrying into designated rooms, and unpacking at own cost, during the working hours of the City Office in Stalowa Wola, ul. Kwiatkowskiego 1 (City Office Building, 2nd Floor), 37-450 Stalowa Wola. The delivery date must be agreed with the contracting authority at least 5 working days in advance. The project is supported by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (C4.1.1.). Offers may be rejected if they include ICT products, services, or processes that have a negative impact on state security or originate from high-risk suppliers (Art. 226 para. 1 pt 17 and 19 of the Public Procurement Law). Bidders must specify the name, manufacturer, type/model/version, and scope of use for ICT products and declare that these are not subject to the mentioned recommendations or decisions.
