Education Management Software

Purchase of standard education management software: creation of a complete system including operational readiness, customizing, integration, and interfaces; system service after acceptance with restoration, maintenance of operational readiness, delivery of new program versions, and further development; training and documentation. Core services are remunerated on a lump-sum basis, optional services such as migration and other services before and after acceptance on a cost-plus basis. Mandatory A criteria must be fulfilled, scored B criteria are to be provided if offered. The minimum contract duration for system services is 84 months, with a notice period of 24 months after the minimum term; the software purchase is permanent.
