BIM Modeling for the period 2027-2030

BIM modeling: Model maintenance for structures and the overall model of the Asse facility, based on 2D existing plans and 3D point clouds. Ongoing reconstruction measures are to be incorporated into the 3D models, and in parallel, 2D plans and lists within the Revit file are to be maintained. Relevant data from the BIM models must be transferred to the Computer Aided Facility Management (Digitales Gebäudemanagement) and Plant Maintenance (Digitale Instandhaltung) software. Revit models are to be adapted to Enscape. Model expansion involves integrating new structures (e.g., roads, sidewalks, buildings, industrial steel structures, rails) into the overall model of the Asse facility. This does not include the overall planning of individual structures, but only their integration into the overall model. Creation and adaptation of BIM documents, including the adaptation of sample AIA and sample BAP to project-specific requirements, as well as the creation or supplementation of further BGE BIM documents. All documents must be prepared in German. Work will be performed on-site at the Asse facility as needed; a BIM-capable laptop is required.
