Renovation and expansion of office spaces with increased security requirements at Heilbronn Central Station
Renovation works in the annex building of Heilbronn Central Station: approximately 1,000 m² gross area across three floors. Services include demolition, shell construction, window and door construction, screed, plaster and drywall, tiling, painting, floor laying, locksmith/metal construction, sun protection, scaffolding, kitchen construction, electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installation. The renovation area will be largely stripped back to shell condition, room layouts restructured, non-load-bearing interior walls, floor coverings including screed structures, suspended ceilings, windows, and doors demolished. Walls will be newly constructed in masonry or as metal stud walls, door openings newly created or bricked up. Windows and doors will be renewed with increased security requirements, all surfaces of ceilings, walls, and floors completely renewed. A new light shaft will be created on the forecourt side. Building services installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) will be adapted and renewed according to the new room layouts, including extensive new electrical wiring. Unused or outdated building services equipment will be dismantled, lines conflicting with new walls replaced. Sanitary objects and old radiators will be dismantled, existing ventilation ducts including air outlets and an air conditioning unit removed. A new heating distributor will be installed in the basement, new radiators fitted, and selected rooms will receive underfloor heating. A new decentralized ventilation system will be installed in the renovation area, and some rooms will be air-conditioned. A disposal concept must be prepared, and a waste manager (in accordance with § 59 KrWG) with the qualification of a waste officer/site manager must be provided on site.
