BIM Planning Services: Building object and structural planning, technical building equipment (TGA) specialist planning (system groups 410, 420, 430, 440, 450, 470, and 480), and surveying services (as-built modeling) for the energetic and structural modernization of the listed Coburg reception building. The modernization includes improving the quality of stay and functionality in the areas of building structure (floors, ceilings, walls), roof, facade, windows, and doors, as well as technical building equipment (TGA), including measures for accessibility. The existing TGA will be reviewed to ensure compliance with the Building Energy Act (GEG) and current technical standards. HOAI service phases 1-2 are commissioned; service phases 3-7 are optional.
