Biological Heart Valves and Vascular Prostheses

Delivery of biological heart valves and vascular prostheses: The contract is divided into 7 parts. Descriptions of individual items and required minimum properties are listed in Annex 12 of the tender documents. Offers must include all associated items within one part. The offered products must be registered in the medical device/special medical material database maintained by the State Institute for Drug Control. Estimated quantities for individual items are provided in Annex 13 of the tender documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to consider estimated quantities as non-binding and to order lower or higher quantities than projected if needed. If lower quantities than estimated are ordered, the bidder does not automatically acquire the right to deliver the full scope of the contract as defined in Annex 13.
