Bispecific Antibody for Hemophilia Treatment and Deliveries
Delivery of a bispecific antibody mimicking active Factor VIII, along with administration kits, to Hemophilia Treatment Centers and patient homes. The scope includes organizing patient home deliveries, collection and disposal of single-use equipment and medical waste, implementing an electronic logbook for consumption control, providing informational materials and training on safe use for all patients, and supplying medical waste containers. The minimum guaranteed quantity for 2026-2027 is 462,000 mg for 85 patients, with 154,000 mg in 2026 and 308,000 mg in 2027. Deliveries are part of the 'National Program for the Treatment of Hemophilia and Related Bleeding Disorders 2024-2028'. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure or withdraw from the contract without compensation if funding is not secured or the program changes.
