Blood Gas Analyses
Blood Gas Analyses: Renewal of blood gas equipment, including delivery, installation, IT programming, commissioning with reagents and consumables, all-inclusive service, maintenance, and quality control materials. Consumables are supplied under a framework agreement with an initial term of 4 years, extendable twice by 2 years each. The system includes a compact cassette reagent system, middleware, and bidirectional LIS couplings (GLIMS (clinisys)) for central device management. A minimum of 9 devices are required for approximately 40,000 analyses per year. Analyses must be performed on human arterial/venous blood (via syringe) and capillary blood (via capillary). Minimum parameters: pH, pCO2, pO2, hemoglobin and COOX (tHb, O2Hb, MetHb, COHb fractions), potassium, sodium, chloride, lactate, ionized Ca2+, glucose, bicarbonate. Temperature correction for pH, pCO2, pO2 results must be possible. All devices, reagents, and parameters must meet FAGG requirements and be CE-IVD certified. Collection materials are not part of the contract.
