Flooring works: Substrate grinding and vacuuming approx. 1,300 m², primer with synthetic resin dispersion on cement screed approx. 1,300 m², substrate leveling 2 to 3 mm approx. 1,300 m², linoleum flooring (sheet width 200 cm, thickness 2.5 mm, R9) approx. 1,400 m², basic cleaning and initial care approx. 1,300 m², plastic skirting board 70 mm white approx. 900 m, field boundary joint above a screed joint (width approx. 10 mm) approx. 40 m, protective covering for flooring hard fiber approx. 750 m², protective covering for flooring laminated cardboard approx. 600 m², surface treatment with water-based PUR sealant to increase to R1 approx. 30 m².
